Please remember that each piece is handcrafted using traditional metalsmithing techniques. This means that no two pieces are exactly alike, and the piece you receive may vary slightly from the one pictured in the shop listing. The imperfections in my pieces are intentional, show signs of the maker, and remind customers that each piece was made with an artists eye and a craftsman’s hands.

Full refunds are only given when the item is returned to me within two weeks of your receipt of it. Please email me for return address and further information. You will be refunded the cost of the item. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
What if my AG Ambroult piece needs to be repaired?
I guarantee my work and I’ll gladly fix your piece for you. Most repairs are free of charge, aside from shipping, except in the case of broken chains. I purchase high-quality chains made in the USA. However, chains get yanked, caught, and jammed, and I cannot be responsible for that. I will replace or, if possible, repair the chain and you will be charged current silver-pricing costs.
