Helpful Info

Every piece of jewelry is handmade. Please keep in mind all pieces will vary slightly from the photo shown.

Shipping:
Each piece is custom made to order. I strive to ship each order within 7 business days of the time the order is placed, but I cannot guarantee that time estimation. Generally speaking, you can expect your order to arrive about 14 business days after placing your order. If you need your order by a specific date, please indicate this in the special instructions section of the order form and I will do my best to accommodate you. All packages will be shipped by UPS Ground or, if requested, UPS 2-Day Air. Once an order is shipped, you will be e-mailed with a tracking number. Packages can only be delivered to street addresses.

Repairs:
If your jewelry is in need of repair, I will gladly fix it. Please email or call amy@agambroult.com (781) 726-1912 Then, simply mail the item to my studio. Please include your name, phone, mailing address and email address. Charges may apply and you will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed and prior to beginning repair. For your protection, please send all repairs insured. I am happy to split the shipping costs of repairs with you. (the customer will cover costs of sending the package to my studio, and I will pay to ship the repaired item back)

Returns:
If you are dissatisfied with your jewelry for any reason and would like to exchange or return it, you are welcome to do so. For your protection, please ship all returns insured (the customer is responsible for return shipping costs). When sending the item, please include a brief explanation for the return/exchange, along with your name, phone, address, and email address. (Please see the above "Repairs" section for Returns shipping address.)

Security:
All payments are made via PayPal, where you have the choice of paying by credit card, debit card, or bank account transfer. Please visit the PayPal Security Center if you have any questions about security. Your information will never be sold or shared with other parties. Personal information is only required for order confirmation and billing purposes.

Caring for your jewelry:
A simple way to prevent your silver from tarnishing between wearings is to store it away from air and sunlight. Keep your jewelry in separate plastic bags (locking sandwich bags work great) or cloth jewelry pouches. You can easily remove tarnish with a clean silver polishing cloth. Almost all jewelry stores sell them. Rub your piece gently with the cloth until the desired polish is achieved. You should not polish with tissue, which can actually scratch your silver. Avoid wearing your jewelry in a swimming pool or hot tub. Apply your makeup and hairspray before putting on your jewelry. You should also remove all jewelry before sleeping.
